Service Description

A customized four-week workout program will be created for you, taking into account your goals and current abilities. The latest research and evidence-based practices will be used to design an effective and appropriate training plan. Your first evaluation and assessment with me will occur on the day of your initial appointment, which can be conducted either virtually on Zoom or in person at L1FT Gym. The package includes a session with Kate, followed by a 4-week written training program. You'll also have access to me 24/7 for any inquiries, feedback, or worries.
