Hi, I'm Kate Kollar-Dye. I am a 22-year-old National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Sports and Human Performance Nutrition. I specialize in designing customized fitness programs to help individuals reach their goals, whether it's weight loss or muscle building. With five years of experience, I understand the importance of proper programming and nutrition. I am passionate about providing tools and guidance for a healthier lifestyle and creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for my clients. My approach focuses on individualized exercise programs to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. I offer personalized fitness services based on evidence-based training to help my clients achieve long-term success in their health and fitness journeys.
